My wife (Jessie) and I got married in college and shortly after graduation, after we got a loan to get a second car, our total debt was about $88K. We spent a lot of time in survival mode as a young couple in a new place, gradually chipping away at our debt. After a couple years, we decided it was time to start a family. Adoption was on our hearts during our entire engagement and marriage, so a year after trying to start our family, we pursued adoption. We walked in faith through what I will call a “surprise” adoption, followed by completing our originally “intended” adoption. It was around this time we decided we would do everything in our power to never have debt again (oustide a mortgage). What followed was a mission to pay off the remainder of our adoption and student loans, managing two miracle pregnancies, and needing to spend thousands on counseling and therapy for our family to thrive. We were able to achieve all these victories.

My financial journey has seen a lot of great decisions, a lot of big mistakes, and a lot of blessings. I have THOROUGHLY ENJOYED coaching and helping others overcome their obstacles, dream big, and get results quicker and better than we were ever able to!
